BookaLift coordinates airport arrivals around your reservation details, flight information and agreed meeting plan. Keep your phone available so we can stay in touch by text as your pickup is coordinated.
Before You Land
Provide the operating airline, valid flight number and travel date with your reservation. BookaLift uses the flight information attached to the booking to support arrival timing and pickup coordination.
Meet Your Chauffeur
Your chauffeur will be at the agreed meeting point holding a Meet & Greet sign with your name and BookaLift branding. We will keep in touch by text so you know how to connect with your chauffeur.
Can’t Find Your Chauffeur?
Text or call BookaLift immediately at 604-719-1947. Stay at or near the agreed meeting location while we coordinate directly with your chauffeur and help connect you.
Flight or Baggage Delays
If your arrival changes or your baggage is delayed, keep BookaLift informed by text. BookaLift provides a 30-minute grace period; additional waiting time after the grace period is billed in 15-minute increments.
