Accessible Digital Experience We work to make our website understandable, usable and compatible with different devices, input methods and assistive technologies.

Continuous Improvement Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, and we welcome practical feedback about barriers customers encounter.
Our Commitment

Access Should Feel Effortless

BookaLift Executive Transfers & Concierge, a division of Hylton Transportation Inc., is committed to identifying, preventing and reducing accessibility barriers wherever reasonably possible.

Our Accessibility Commitment

We want customers to be able to learn about our services, request information, receive a quotation, make a booking and communicate with our team in a clear and respectful manner.

Our accessibility work includes both the digital experience provided through this website and the customer-service experience surrounding a BookaLift reservation.

Accessibility needs vary. Contacting BookaLift before travel gives our team the best opportunity to understand the request, review vehicle suitability and determine what arrangements may be available.

Website Accessibility

BookaLift uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as an internationally recognized framework for improving digital access. Our ongoing goal is to work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable.

WCAG organizes accessibility around four principles:

  • Content should be perceivable
  • Controls and navigation should be operable
  • Information should be understandable
  • Content should be robust across technologies

Digital Measures We Use

As the BookaLift website evolves, we aim to support accessibility through measures such as:

  • Logical headings and page structure
  • Readable text and meaningful colour contrast
  • Keyboard-accessible links and controls
  • Visible keyboard-focus indicators
  • Alternative text for meaningful images
  • Descriptive link and button labels
  • Responsive layouts for different screen sizes
  • Plain, direct language wherever practical
  • Reduced-motion support where animation is used

Transportation Assistance

Customers who require mobility assistance, additional boarding time, help handling luggage, communication assistance or another accommodation should advise BookaLift when requesting transportation.

Advance notice allows our team to review the request, vehicle dimensions, passenger count, luggage, equipment and route before accepting the reservation.

Vehicle availability and accessibility features vary. BookaLift does not guarantee that every vehicle or service can accommodate every mobility device or accessibility requirement.

Mobility Devices & Equipment

Please provide the type, dimensions, weight and folding requirements of wheelchairs, walkers, scooters or other mobility equipment before vehicle selection.

Some BookaLift vehicles may carry foldable equipment when passenger and luggage capacity permit. Standard vehicles may not be equipped with ramps, lifts, securement systems or sufficient interior space for a passenger to remain seated in a mobility device.

We will discuss available options honestly and will not confirm an arrangement until vehicle suitability has been reviewed.

Service Animals & Support Persons

Customers travelling with a service animal or support person should provide this information during the booking process.

This helps BookaLift confirm the total passenger count, luggage and equipment requirements, vehicle suitability and any additional space or arrangements that may be required.

Information to provide

Tell us whether a service animal, support person or specialized equipment will accompany the traveller and describe any space or boarding considerations that may affect vehicle selection.

Communication & Alternative Assistance

Customers may contact BookaLift by telephone or email when a website feature, online form or booking tool is difficult to use.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the same information, discuss the requested service or assist with a quotation or booking through another available communication method.

A customer may also request that important BookaLift information be explained in clearer language or provided in another reasonably available format.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet provide an ideal experience for every person, browser or assistive technology.

Third-party booking, payment, mapping, video or embedded services may also have accessibility limitations outside BookaLift’s direct control.

We will continue reviewing the website and addressing practical accessibility concerns as they are identified.

Third-Party Services

The BookaLift website may connect to independent platforms that support reservations, payments, maps, communications or other customer-service functions.

Although we aim to use professional providers, BookaLift cannot control the accessibility, content or technical performance of independent websites and tools.

Contact us directly when a third-party service prevents you from obtaining information or completing a booking-related task.

Accessibility Feedback & Assistance

We welcome feedback from customers who encounter an accessibility barrier while using our website, communicating with our team or arranging transportation.

Please describe the page, feature, service or situation involved, the barrier encountered and the type of assistance requested. We will review the concern and respond as reasonably possible.

Accessibility-related information will be handled respectfully and used only as reasonably necessary to understand the request, respond to the concern or plan the requested service.

Ongoing Review

Accessibility is an ongoing process. BookaLift may update this statement as our website, services, vehicles, technology and accessibility practices evolve.

The most current version will remain available on the BookaLift website. Customers should confirm vehicle suitability and requested assistance for each reservation because fleet availability and trip requirements can change.
